The ESS Foundation is employee-owner-led, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to promote the construction industry, provide career opportunities, and benefit community development projects.​

About our scholarships

Construction industry scholarships

ESS Foundation Scholarships create opportunities for the next generation. The ESS Foundation Scholarship is $1,500 per year for up to four years. Students will also have the opportunity to be awarded $3,000 for the Justin Gay Memorial Scholarship.

Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident pursuing a construction-related career. Must be enrolled in or applying to college, grad school, trade school (minimum 1 year), or craft training program.

Materials needed
Transcripts, recommendation letters, and an essay.
