Shareholder Week 2026: A Celebration Built by Owners

Shareholder Week is a full‑throttle celebration of the employee-owners who power ESS Companies: Emery Sapp & Sons, Achen-Gardner Construction, Rummel Construction, Monks Construction, ESCO Construction, and Premier Testing Laboratories. And this year? We partied like owners, all month long.

Our biggest celebration yet stretched across Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Arizona. We brought the celebration to the workers. Rigs and trucks hit the road and pulled up to jobsites throughout March. They brought swag, rewards, and resources to the crews building the work and teams keeping the projects running.

On top of hyping up our shareholders, Shareholder Week also launched Iron Threads Co., an all-new swag site with gear built for the ones who get it done. Created for employee‑owners and the communities that back them, Iron Threads Co. lets you rep all the companies you own.

Shareholder Week finished strong with our biggest celebration yet: the Stock Price Reveal Parties. Six parties happened across the country with a live, simultaneous stock price reveal. The rooms were ecstatic, the energy was electric, and the vibes were fueled by ownership pride. From great music to hands‑on games, photo booths, and some pretty awesome prizes, there was no shortage of ways to throw down. Employee-owners combined forces at our Phoenix and Denver parties, with Achen-Gardner and Rummel employee-owners, and Monks and ESCO employee-owners celebrating their shared success together. Four ESS parties across the Midwest came together with unmatched energy and a shared sense of ownership. This wasn’t just a party for the sake of it. It was a hard‑earned reminder of what happens when employee‑owners show up, push through, and grind day after day.

More than the swag or the hype, Shareholder Week was about giving back and showing gratitude to the people who fuel the company — the ones whose work turns our stock price into the dominant number it is. Shareholder Week sets the tone for another successful year. The work isn’t slowing down, and neither are our employee-owners. Here’s to another year of showing up like owners.

Ownership is stacking up. This year, 274 employee‑owners were newly vested, bringing the total to 2,405. That momentum continues at the top: 15 new EOs joined the Millionaires Club compared to 2024, pushing the total to 98. Nearly 60% are field employee-owners — proof that the grind pays off.
